To ensure a smooth and fair competition, all submissions must adhere to the following rules:

Short Films: Up to 60 minutes.

Feature Films: 60 minutes or longer.

Films must align with the festival’s values of creativity, inclusivity, and cultural diversity.

Entries must be original works. Adaptations must have appropriate copyright permissions.

Evaluation criteria

Our expert jury evaluates films based on the following criteria:

  • Artistic Vision: How effectively does the film convey its story through visuals, sound, and performances?

  • Originality: Does the film present a fresh perspective or innovative approach?

  • Cultural and Social Impact: How well does the film reflect or address contemporary issues or diverse cultures?

  • Technical Excellence: The quality of cinematography, editing, sound design, and other technical aspects.
